Quotations and Orders

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • A quotation becomes a binding order once accepted in writing and a deposit has been paid.
  • Prices quoted are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing if material costs change significantly between quotation and manufacture.

Deposits and Payment

  • A deposit of 50% is required before manufacture begins.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to installation.
  • Payment can be made via EFT or bank deposit.
  • Late payments may incur interest at the prevailing rate.

Manufacturing and Delivery

  • Estimated lead times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • Lead times are estimates and may vary depending on material availability and project complexity.
  • We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
  • Delivery and installation dates will be arranged in advance at a time convenient to both parties.

Installation

  • The client must ensure the installation area is cleared and accessible before the scheduled installation date.
  • Any electrical or plumbing work required is the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Minor adjustments after installation are included at no extra charge within 30 days of installation.

Warranty

  • All our products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
  • Warranty claims must be reported in writing within the warranty period.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before manufacture begins, subject to forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Once manufacture has commenced, cancellations will be subject to the full cost of materials used and labour incurred.

Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods and services provided.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from delays, defects, or any other cause.
